Dates: January 21/22. – 25th, 2026

The location will be available from Wednesday january 21st at 16.00, for those who want to come early to help and prep the location, the food and just spend time with the other players.

Game starts Thursday january 22nd afternoon and ends Saturday 24th evening.

Everyone helps packing up on Sunday 25th.

Price: €175, which will include a bed in a shared room and 3 meals + a day.

Some subsidized places (€90), one understudy place (€90).

Payment can be done with vipps or paypal.

We can add more subsidized places if anyone chooses to sponsor us.

Understudy place: one player will get a secured place at the larp, but no character until closer to the larp. If anyone has to drop out close to the larp, the understudy will get this character. If not, we will write a character that fits with the existing cast.

Contributor: There might be need for help in writing, editing, proof reading, idea bouncing etc. If you want to help, please describe with what. Contributors will get a discount based on the amount of work.

Location: Ullsaker Panorama, Innlandet, Norway.
We encourage people to carpool from e.g. Oslo.
Nearest train station is Lillehammer, 45 minutes from location. We can facilitate one pick up Wednesday and one Thursday, or people can share a cab from the station.

26 beds divided on 9 bedrooms (2-5 beds per room), 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges, 1 huge living/dining rooms, 1 huge kitchen.

Accomodations:

Ullsaker Panorama is sadly not wheel chair friendly.

We will cater to dietary needs that are given in the sign-up (vegetarian, allergies, etc).

Joint effort

Everyone will help with practical work during the larp – meal prep, table setting, clearing, dishes and washing. You put which jobs you want in the sign up sheet, and we’ll make a roster with fair divition of chores.
We will of course accommodate for physical restrictions, but everyone can do something. 

The kitchen has seating, it is very nice and will be part of the play area. All work will be done in-game.
